Thanks to the experience gained the Law Office provides support in Dispute Resolution before national courts and the European Court of Human Rights as well as the Court of Justice of the European Union.  We gained a wide experience also in negotiation as we participated in the legislative process at EU and national level of several EU Financial Laws (ia. the Solvency II Directive on the taking up and pursuit of the insurace and reinsurance undertakings).
