The partner of the Law Office is an experienced attorney with wide experience in both the public (MoF, MFA) and private sector (Piesiewicz and Company Law Office) graduated at the University of Warsaw and member of the Warsaw Bar Association (Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych w Warszawie). In 2024 Rafał Janczyk became a member of the Higher Disciplinary Commission of the Civil Service of the Republic of Poland. Since 2024 is a member of the Polish Business Chamber in Italy. Author of several articles concerning ia. Company Law, Administrative and Civil Service Law, EU Law, Insurance Law and Medical Negligence.
